What you want PASSION ???....Its all here

Have you ever wondered what you’re supposed to do with your life? Have you wondered what your purpose on this earth is? How many years of your life have you spent searching for meaning and satisfaction? How long have you felt unfulfilled?
"aaj mujhe realize hua apne dosto ko dekh kar aur unki baatien sunkar"
And at last i conclude that the truth is, everyone wants to be happy and satisfied. Everyone wants to live a fulfilled life. But if you look around today, you’ll see a world full of people constantly searching for satisfaction, but never quite finding it.
I’m telling you this because I want you to have the freedom to live the life of significance you so desire.
Did you know less than 20% of indians are satisfied with their work, according to Forbes? Economists say a lack of job satisfaction hurts innovation, competitiveness and productivity causing older workers’ reluctance to share their knowledge and skills with the next generation. Can you see how this causes a major breakdown in the indian workforce?
This could explain why 91% of "Generation Y" workers (those born in the 80′s and 90′s) only expect to stay in a job for 3 years or less and why half of them would rather be unemployed than stay in a job they hate? Remarkably, 3 out of 5 "Gen Y-ers" feel personally responsible for making a difference in the world. Forbes Magazine put this trend in a nutshell: "Millennials most want a career that actually matters."
While it’s great this generation is driven by a deep desire to feel satisfied in their work and to make the world a better place, it seems they take the"follow your passion" mantra to be sound career advice. Leaving school, they’re pure fireballs of potential with unlimited opportunities! Yet, they choose to spend their time and energy seeking their passion.
Once they find their passion, they spend the rest of their lives searching for a career to fit that passion, convinced it’s the only way to satisfaction.
Nothing could be further from the truth! I’m here to tell you "satisfaction" do not come from finding a perfect job that reflects your passion. It doesn’t come from working within your preferred industry… or even from following your passion. And it’s not only the Generation Y workers BUT MY dear friends too suffering from this problem or you can say today's generation
So, STOP SEARCHING!!! Stop trying to figure out who you are and what you want, and DO what’s in front of you! You’ve got to give 100% and work with excellence and diligence, regardless of what you’re doing. That is when satisfaction comes....TRUST ME!!!
I completely understand the desire to do something meaningful with your life(AS MY FRIEND manpreet SAID), and it’s amazing that you want to make a difference in the world. But do you realize that you can impact the world by doing what’s in front of you RIGHT NOW?
What you focus on is what you get more of, so focus on finding satisfaction in your work. Instead of focusing on hating your PROFESSORS, classmates or roommates and doing panchayatgiri ; focus on what you like about your work or job. Focus on doing your absolute best every day. When you work with excellence and diligence, you WILL find satisfaction in your work, "samjhe "
